stay & play puppy socialisation sessions

PUPPY PARTY 

The purpose of our socialisation sessions are to allow your puppy to experience this important stimulus as part of their development, in a safe, controlled and monitored environment. Puppies need to learn how to introduce themselves to other dogs and also recognise simple responses, body language and respect boundaries. We offer a clean functional play area for you to socialise your puppy.

AGE – Our puppy parties are for pups aged from 12 weeks to 6 months old or until your pup comes into season (female) or displays signs or sexual maturity ‘humping’ (male). 

At this point your puppy should STOP attending.

AMOUNT OF PLAY

In keeping with vets and Dogs Trust advice, we recommend somewhere between 45 mins and 1 hour of active play is adequate for your puppy during these socialising sessions, depending on how he, or she plays and interacts with other dogs and depending on the age / size of your puppy.

Puppy play and interaction may be with you & your puppy and/or another puppy. We will encourage you to introduce your puppy to other puppies and for you to also interact with other puppies. During the sessions, your puppy is your responsibility, so you will need to monitor your own pups behaviour, as well as those he / she is playing with. Please do be vigilant and ready to step in and help. Do not be offended if we ask you to put your pup on its lead, our primary concern is the well-being of the group as a whole and we all must bear in mind some puppies can be shy, nervous and some of the younger ones may feel a little overwhelmed at times.

When:

Saturday Mornings 9.00am till 10.30am (arrive & leave anytime during these times)

Just £10 per session, to book simply call or text 07976 443377, all we need is your name,  pups name and date of birth (pups not yours).
